Airport bus 202 stops right outside the hotel while the bus stop going back to airport was just right across the street. The tram stop for bus 49, which goes to the French market, is close by. Breakfast has many choices. Although the pancake maker was not working when we stayed, there were other options available. Just an 8 minute walk to Canal and Bourbon Streets. Although walking to Canal St. via Common St., where most of the other hotels are, might feel safer especially at night. Staff at the reception desk were very helpful. The hotel also provides free luggage storage.

The staff were very kind, especially the staff at the front desk! I forgot his name but a young black gentleman with glasses checked us in and helped us throughout our stay at the front desk! He made us feel very welcome and even greeted us every time we came back to the hotel! The room was also very clean and spacious! The two queen suite had two bathrooms and a kitchenette with an amazing view of the city! Amazing for the price! The free breakfast was also great with a wide selection to choose from and the hotel was right next to a streetcar station! Great value for the price and would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and courteous staff, spacious suites with modern interior at a great location. As a young family with a toddler we appreciate the extra space and low noise level.

Don't believe the negative comments. We were very apprehensive about coming here, but we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. And It was quiet (room 813). The staff were friendly,the breakfast was ample and set you up for the day. The street car and busses were just outside, but it was only a 10 minute walk to the French quarter. The bus to the airport was just across the road (202). Yes, there are homeless people on the street, but they didn't bother us. We felt quite safe walking around. The Main Police station is opposite.

The staff was very friendly. The size of the room was nice. We flew in and used Uber when needed to get around instead of renting a car(mainly to and from the airport). The location was close enough walking distance to Canal St, bourbon street and the French quarters if you plan to walk wherever you want to go. The city trolley stop was located right outside the hotel for further transportation. I think it's $1.25 per person one way.
